Dan is an award winning Realtor for ERA Knight Realty. He began his career as an agent for an independent firm in 1998 and shortly thereafter partnered with two other Brokers to takeover ownership of Panther Realty. After franchising with ERA the three partners grew the firm rapidly to two offices and over 60 agents through effective recruiting and acquisition. During that time Dan acted as a managing partner. He also functioned as the broker-in-charge overseeing all transactions completed by its agents. He developed and implemented new training adapting old school sales and marketing techniques to the changing real estate market. He also utilized an extensive background in technology and marketing to keep the firm at the forefront of marketing and sales effectiveness.

In early 2005, the firm sold their interest to become part of one of the largest independently owned franchises in the nation, ERA Wilder Realty. As a manager, Dan had taken significant interest in developing and teaching effective sales and business acumen techniques. He also obtained national certifications to teach courses to agents in all markets.

Dan currently functions as a successful Broker at ERA Knight Realty, helping buyers and sellers make the right decisions in todays market. He consults with investors large and small with regards to developing, maintaining and getting the most from their real estate portfolios. He provides the latest effective marketing techniques to ensure his sellers will get the most the current market is willing to pay. His extensive knowledge of the area's past and probable future is essential in helping his buyers find the perfect property and make the best purchasing decision for themselves.

Dan currently lives in Charlotte, NC. He owns numerous investments throughout the area with his wife of over ten years and is proud father.
